Richard S. Cohen has more than 25 years of experience working in organizations, as a senior executive of a major corporation and as a consultant and executive coach. Rich has repeatedly demonstrated his ability to improve customer service, profitability, productivity, leadership, morale, and teamwork in his client organizations. He has organized and spearheaded corporate culture change initiatives, diversity management programs, and corporate ethics programs, and is a skillful group facilitator and team coach. Rich is also experienced in conflict management and leadership development and has succeeded in helping many organizations improve their results in those areas. Furthermore, in applying his skills as an executive coach, Rich has helped many professionals, executives and middle managers achieve higher levels of performance and significant promotions.

Rich’s clients have included Morgan Stanley, KeySpan Corporation, General Public Utilities Corporation, Ford Motor Company, McGlinchey Stafford, Esqs., Saatchi & Saatchi, Johnson & Johnson Company, Ortho-McNeil Pharmaceutical, Penguin-Putnam Books, Wakefern Food Corporation, and the U.S. Peace Corps.

Rich has a law degree and prior to entering the field of organization development, he was the Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of a major public utility company, and was an effective and valued member of their senior management team. Rich also holds a Masters Degree in Organization Development from The American University/NTL Institute. He is a guest instructor in organizational culture and leadership at the US Army War College, and is qualified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and the Drexler-Sibbet Team Performance System.
