In January 2003, we began to work directly with boutique businesses, nonprofit organizations, and individuals, as well as to work as subcontractors on Fortune 500 corporate initiatives. Today, this business model continues to allow us to engage strategically and flexibly with our clients, focusing our efforts in core areas of expertise: organization effectiveness, facilitation, and coaching. The principal of our firm, Valorie E. Jennings, is an attorney-trained consultant who has worked as both an attorney and as a consultant in the corporate and nonprofit/academic sectors, and who has been retained by individuals on career transition and other personal and professional matters.
